The mission of Exeter Chinese Cyber Church (ECCC)
To spread the gospel through the internet and help Chinese Christians know the Christian truth and identify misconceptions worldwide.
To promote the rational reading of the Bible.
To make church reachable to all Chinese.
To entitle all Chinese Christians the right to SELECT a church.
本教會希望可以成為任何人士的幫助，特別是：

本來網絡是打破地域的局限，我們又為何言明是那地域的網絡教會呢？只因筆者在 Exeter 讀神學和研究聖經，而且透過參與教會經歷到一些基督教體制內的謬誤，因而受呼召事奉；所以，Exeter 便是本教會作為起點的地方。

Building a community through the internet is a long term target
Network is supposed to eliminate geographical limitations, then why should we specify the location of the church? It is because that this author has studied theology and the Bible at Exeter and is called for ministry through participating in the church and experiencing the institutional misunderstandings of Christianity there; hence, Exeter is the starting point of this church.
作者資歷
Wai Chu 信主數十年, 來英前曾在香港傳統神學院學習，並於英國大學修畢文學士（神學）和文學碩士（聖經研究）。
現正於一英國大學修謮應用神學博士課程；研究方向為從當代科學知識更新基督教神學理論，特別是釋經理論。
Qualifications of the author
Wai Chu has been converted for decades and has studied at the traditional Theological Seminary in Hong Kong. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Theology) and a Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies at a British University after settling down here.
He currently follows a programme of doctoral studies in thoelogy and practice at a Bristish university. His main interest of research is the renovation of the discourse of Christianity, especially the theory of biblical interpretation, in light of contemporary scientific knowledge.
